AIK has reaffirmed its status as one of the most stylish and sophisticated teams today by unveiling a retro-inspired cup jersey commemorating 100 years of Allsvenskan. This milestone marks a century since the inception of Sweden's premier football league. Since its inception in 1924, AIK has been an integral part of the league, and the symbiotic relationship between the club and Allsvenskan has significantly influenced both entities over the past century. Thus, it's only fitting that AIK pays tribute to this 100-year anniversary with a uniquely beautiful kit.

In honor of the occasion, AIK unveiled and debuted a cup jersey reminiscent of the one worn by the team in 1924 before their Svenska Cupen match against Örebro. The jersey exudes understated elegance with its simple black design complemented by yellow accents and a classic v-neck collar. Notably, the club's partners graciously relinquished their logo space on the jersey, with Nike even presenting a special execution of its brand logo, featuring the word "Nike" superimposed over the Swoosh—an exclusive treatment reserved for AIK within the footballing world. Additionally, this marks the first time AIK has worn a long-sleeved shirt in collaboration with Nike.

Crafted from 100 percent recycled polyester, the jersey's black details are meticulously rendered in 3D silicone to achieve the highest level of detail. Adorning the chest are the iconic yellow letters "AIK," crafted from velvet with embroidered outer edges, along with corresponding numbers on the back. The jersey is presented in a specially designed product box inspired by Stockholms Stadion, AIK's home arena in 1924.

Only 133 units of this commemorative cup jersey are available, symbolizing AIK's 133-year journey since 1924. These jerseys will be distributed through a raffle exclusively open to the club's season ticket holders, with registration open from February 17th to 24th. Winners will be announced on February 24th, after which they will have the opportunity to purchase the limited-edition cup jersey for SEK 1199.
