Classic and Retro Brighton & Hove Albion Football Shirts

Established in 1901, Brighton have come in a number of forms including Brighton United and Brighton & Hove Rangers. But they became Albion in 1901 and have kept to their roots. Blue and white has always been worn by the Gulls with very little radical changes to the clubs home kits.

They have remained with the blue and white stripes with only suppliers and sponsors changing. Their first was Bukta in 1971 who remained with the club for a year before a two year break. In 1974 Admiral began working with the Dorset club. They would have a large number of suppliers throughout the 1970's including both Bukta and Umbro in the same season.

Their first club sponsor was British Caledonian in 1980, complimenting the new adidas design to see them into the 80's.

They've had a few commemorative shirts in recent times, inclding their 2001/02 shirt celebrating their centenary year. In 2008 they wore a one off shirt to commemorate a decade with their shirt sponsors 'Skint'.

They moved to ther new ground the AMEX in 2011 and it was following this in 2017 they were guided to the Premier League. Now looking to establish themselves, we think we'll hear a lot more from the Seagulls in the next few years.
