Details - Third shirt as worn when the Bluebirds looked to bounce straight back to the Premier League following a disastrous season that saw the side finish bottom of the league. After a slow start to the season Ole Gunnar Solskjaer resigned as manager leaving the job for Russell Slade. The side finished the season in 11th failing to make a play-off position meaning they would be stuck in the Championship for another season. This period also saw the return of blue as the home shirt of Cardiff City after Vincent Tan made the decision to return to the clubs traditional colours in January.
