Details - Home shirt as worn during Diego's first season at the club where he quickly became a fan favourite. Throughout the season Diego put in some fine performances a picked up 3 Player of the Month awards and as a result picked up the 'Bundesliga Player of the season' award. Diego's creative play helped Werder Bremen to a strong season which saw them top the table going into the winter break, however the side only managed a 3rd place finish by the end of the season
