Details - Home shirt as worn when the club finished as runners up in both the FA Cup and League Cup, losing against Chelsea and Leicester City respectively. However, they ended up being relegated at the end of the season after finishing 19th in the Premier League after they were docked 3 points earlier in the season for failing to fulfill a fixture which saw the club finish 2 points short of safety.
