Details - Home shirt as worn when Chelsea finished 14th in the First Division in the 1991-92 season before finishing 11th in the inaugural Premier League season. Also worn when Chelsea were knocked out in the quarter finals of the 1991-92 FA Cup, losing 2-1 against Sunderland in a replay.
