Details - A hidden gem buried among the Spanish lower league’s, CD Palencia revealed this one-off home shirt for their Fourth Tier Play-Off matches in 2016. With the slogan ‘We Give Our Skin’, ‘Depor’ took it that one step further in partnership with Kappa to design the muscle and bone to signify the motto in the lead up to the club’s vital end of season run. A shirt like no other in football history, let alone the bizarre past of lower league Spanish clubs, the strip actually worked and Palencia won promotion to the third tier beating Loja, SD Lagrones and Deportivo Aragon. Surely never to be seen again, Jose Aurelio Gay’s Palencia took the kit literally to deliver on the pitch, wearing a shirt that is a top priority for any serious collector.
