Details - Home shirt as worn when PSV won back to back Eredivisie titles and also won the 2004-05 KNVB Cup, beating Willem II 4-0 in the final. Also worn when PSV made it to the 2004-05 Champions League semi finals, losing on away goals against AC Milan after the tie finished 3-3 on aggregate.
