Details - Home shirt as worn when Slavia Prague finished second in the Czech First League and reached the final of the Czech Cup. In the Czech Cup, Slavia Prague advanced to the final where they faced FK Teplice. However, they were unable to come out on top, losing 1-0 in the final.
