Details - Home shirt as worn when PSV finished as champions in the Eredivisie in the 2000-01 season before failing to defend their title in the next season finishing as runners up behind Ajax. Also worn when PSV made it to the final of the 2000-01 KNVB Cup where they lost 4-3 on penalties against FC Twente after the tie finished 0-0 after extra time.
