Details - Away shirt as worn when Manchester City finished 2nd in the Second Division in the 1988-89 season, earning promotion to the First Division where they avoided relegation in the 1989-90 season, finishing 14th. Also worn when Manchester City were knocked out in the fourth round of the League Cup in back to back seasons, losing against Luton Town and Coventry City in respective seasons.
