Details - Windbreaker as worn when club legend Frank Lampard took over as Chelsea manager after leaving from Derby County. The club had a difficult start to season after facing a transfer ban along with the sale of their star man, Eden Hazard, to Real Madrid. Chelsea eventually finished 4th in the Premeir League, securing Champions League football for the next season, and also made it to the final of the FA Cup where they lost 2-1 against London rivals Arsenal.
