Details - Very rare player shirt believed to be issued for Joe Cole in the Champions League group stage game against Porto in December 2004, Cole didn't make the bench in this tie, as the side lost 2-1, however they progressed from the group stages where they went out to eventual winners Liverpool in the Semi-final. Cole made a total of 184 appearances for Chelsea, scoring 28 goals
