Details - Third shorts as worn when Benfica finished as champions of the Primeira Liga, finishing 3 points ahead of second placed Porto, and made it to the final of the Taca de Portugal, losing 2-1 against Vitoria de Setubal. Also worn when Benfica were knocked out in the last 32 of the UEFA Cup, losing 3-2 on aggregate against CSKA Moscow, after they were knocked out in the third qualifying round of the Champions League.
