Details - Home shirt as worn when Maccabi Haifa finished 3rd and 2nd in the Israeli top division in respective seasons and were knocked out in the semi finals of the 1999-00 Israeli State Cup, losing 2-1 on penalties against Hapoel Tel Aviv after the tie finished 0-0 after extra time. Also worn when Maccabi Haifa were knocked out in the quarter finals of the 1998-99 UEFA Cup Winners' Cup, losing 4-0 on aggregate against Lokomotiv Moscow.
