Details - Home shirt as worn when Middlesbrough were promoted to the Premier League after finishing as runners up in the First Division, 3 points behind champions Nottingham Forest, and were knocked out in the fourth round of the FA Cup, losing 2-1 against Arsenal. Also worn when Middlesbrough made it to the final of the League Cup, losing 2-0 after extra time against Chelsea with Frank Sinclair and Roberto Di Matteo scoring the goals for Chelsea.
