Details - Home shirt as worn when Nottingham Forest were relegated from the Premier League finishing bottom of the league, finishing 7 points away from safety, and were knocked out in the fifth round of the FA Cup, losing 1-0 against Chesterfield. Also worn when Nottingham Forest were knocked out in the third round of the League Cup, losing 4-1 against West Ham United.
