Features - #3 in correct size and style cloth material professionally machine stitched to reverse, badges are embroidered. Football league patches to both sleeves.

Details - Match issue Home shirt believed to have been worn by or issued to #3 of Port Vale were relegated to the Third Division after finishing bottom of the Second Division, finishing 5 points away from safety. Also worn when Port Vale were knocked out in the third round of the FA Cup, losing 3-0 against Sunderland.
