Details - Track jacket as worn when Chelsea were relegated from the First Division after finishing 22nd and finished 4th and 12th respectively in the Second Division after relegation. Also worn when Chelsea failed to make it past the third round of the FA Cup in all three seasons, losing against Manchester United, Wigan Athletic and Southampton respectively.
