Details - Home shirt, believed to have been worn or issued to Smit #19, as worn when FC Zwolle finished 2nd in the Eerste Divisie and finished 2nd in their promotion/relegation group meaning they remained in the Eerste Divisie. Also worn when FC Zwolle made it to the quarter finals of the KNVB Cup, losing 5-0 against Roda JC.
