Details - Goalkeeper shirt as worn when Bolton Wanderers were promoted to the Premier League in the 1994-95 season after beating Reading 4-3 after extra time in the play off final before being relegated in the next season, finishing bottom of the Premier League. Also worn when Bolton made it to the 1995 League Cup final, losing 2-1 against Liverpool.
