Player Features - Harkness #22 to reverse in correct size and style plastic print, Premier League patches to both sleeves, no registered mark to adidas logo, club crest has white flames coming from white torches only on the 1993-94 design, fabric has 'Liverpool' watermarked throughout design

Details - Third shirt believed to have been worn by or issued to Steve Harkness during the 1993-94 season. Harkness joined Liverpool from Carlisle United in 1989 for £75,000. During his time at the club Harkness made 139 appearances for Liverpool, scoring 3 goals, in a spell that included loan spells to Huddersfield and Southend before moving on permanently in 1999, joining former manager Graeme Souness at Benfica. After his short spell in Portugal, Harness went on to play for Blackburn Rovers and Sheffield Wednesday before being forced to retire at the age of 31 while playing for Chester City. The shirt itself was introduced for boxing day in 1993 after the club were informed of a kit clash with their usual change shirt of green and white and Sheffield United's red and white.
