Details - Home shirt believed to have been worn by or issued to #16 of Wales during the period Wales competed in the qualifiers for the 1990 World Cup. Wales were attempting to make it to the finals of a major tournament for the first time since 1958, but once again failed to qualify, finishing bottom of their group with just two points, finishing behind the Netherlands, West Germany and Finland.
