Home shirt as worn when Sampdoria finished 12th and 9th respectively in Serie A and were knocked out in the semi finals of the 2006-07 Coppa Italia, losing 3-0 on aggregate against Inter Milan. Also worn when Sampdoria were knocked out in the group stages of the 2005-06 UEFA Cup, finishing 4th in their group behind Steaua Bucuresti, Lens and Hertha Berlin.
